The current operation mode of high speed railway is divided into full speed mode, high speed mode, three collinear mixed mode.Effect of high speed railway by factors including train types, different types of trains and the proportion of the number of the train and the track number and tracking time interval, the interval of train operation time difference, number of stops and time, station spacing, skylight time and types. The characteristics of the train is not random and running is not random. It is similar to the characteristics of cellular automata. Therefore, the simulation of high-speed railway by cellular automata is carried out, and the cellular automata model of the existing rail transportation is improved by NS model.In this paper, taking Zhengzhou to Xian high-speed railway as an example, starting from the data of line, column control mode, the log data of the train, establishing the simulation model of cellular automaton, simulating of the train running on line from different influence factors. Proportion of departure is different, through the simulation, we can conclude that, the more train with different speed cross each other, the smaller probability that the train running diagram forms the parallel run chart, the greater the distance between the car and the car,through capacity will be affected. When the increase of medium speed train line running ratio reached 30%. the ratio is over 70% through the ability with a downward trend. From different station distance, the impact of different speed trains is also different. Station spacing is small,medium speed train can be faster and will improve, because stop spacing less mileage, so medium speed train can in a short period of time of high speed train to avoid parking, line of high-speed train through the ability will be greatly improved, but medium speed train stop time will become larger, relative delay time will increase, line total through capacity will decrease. On the contrary, when the station spacing increases, the speed of the train is greatly affected, because the speed of the train can be ensured as far as possible, and the results willincrease the interval of the train, and reduce the capacity of the train. After many simulation data, when the distance between Zhengzhou to Xian high-speed railway station is about 50 km,the pass ability is the maximum, the station spacing is about 36 km, the pass ability is the smallest. When high-speed train choice one intermediate station fixed passenger stops for and medium speed train in the station stop time will decline, but high-speed train line delay time will increase, so will not cause too big effect carry capacity.
