| Based on the dynamic characteristics of tubular hydropower research status at home and abroad, as well as hydropower plant economic operation and research status of active load distribution analysis, points out the problems of hydroelectric power generation efficiency and the current allocation method used by the lack of active load.Under the support of The National Science and Technology Support Program (ID:2012BAD10B01):Rural small hydropower efficient power generation technology and equipment development fund, in this paper,hydropower dynamic characteristics are analyzed in detail and the algorithms of hydroelectric power load distribution is instensively studied. At the same time, dynamic characteristics of hydropower and active load distribution system software of Huaneng Xiang Qi hydropoweris developed.In this paper, the specific research as follows:1. Introduced the research background and significance, researchedthe development status of the dynamic characteristics of turbine hydropower, plant economic operation and active load allocation algorithm, made the preparation for the article further analysis of hydroelectric power characteristics and load distribution;2. Summarized the dynamic characteristics of tubular hydropower station. Researched the typical dynamic characteristic curves of turbine group and gived the unit segment flow curve, a slight increase of the flow rate curve drawing principles.and a detailed step dynamic characteristic curve drawn computer intelligence. And finally took a hydropower station in Hunan for example,analyzed gate dynamic characteristic.3. Established the dynamic characteristic equation of Tubular hydropower. Researched the prototype turbine test data from the integrated characteristic curve model, operating characteristic curve of integrated and dynamic characteristics of fuzzy data, historical monitoring data in the computer acquisition, and processed these data. Established the dynamic characteristic equation at the cases of no real data and real data. And finally studyed the dynamic characteristics of equation modification strategies.4. Researched the problem of active load distribution deeply, took one hydropower in Hu Nan for example. Based on the criteria established hydropower optimal mathematical model. Used the dynamic programming method and the improved PSO algorithm to establish the model of the hydropowerand analyse. The example showed that both methods can improve the effectiveness of hydropower, theyare feasible;5. For one hydropower, combined with the principle of economic operation of hydropower station, dynamic characteristics of hydropower and active load distribution system software of one hydropower is developed and introduced the system architecture, system performance features and system functions;6.
