With the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of environmental pollution, urban flooddisasters continues to emerge. Urban residents have a growing need for green space and qualityliving space.Urban green space is responsible for improving ecological environment, providing fresh air and outdoor recreational space for the residents. Urban green space can also alleviate the urbanpollution. Based on "Green Infrastructure" theory, this paper analyzes the related concepts, Green Infrastructure’s development, as well as principle etc. By studying the scale of change, this paperuse "green infrastructure" theory and its application to urban construction scale, and form "urban green infrastructure" as a practical system, and then sums up urban green infrastructure’s concepts, content, design, and analysis methods. Through studying Seattle green infrastructure, thispaper introduces the advanced planning concepts and methods.This paper takes Wenzhou Cangnan as example to study construction method of urban green infrastructure. Based on the urban land use types and the different levels of development, Cangnan urban landscape is divided into woodland, shrub grassland, farmland, waters of river, wetland, bare land etc. Using GIS technology and Fragstats software for urban landscape pattern analysis and statistical analysis of landscape indices, urban green space exists the following problems, serious landscape fragmentation, the uneven distribution of green space, lack of connectivity,simple green patch edges. To solve these problems, we construct five urban green infrastructure systems: urban green water infrastructure, urban green core infrastructure, urban recreational infrastructure, urban green access infrastructure, urban pests disaster infrastructure. These five links insidethe system, integrated and connected with the mountain forests, forest park outside the city. The green open space is in series as a whole. Engineering measure of green street, rain gardens, green roofs and low traffic in green ecological site design scale, to alleviate the heavy rain waterhazards and pollution of the city. Using urban green infrastructure theoretical and practical frameworks and landscape pattern analysis in GIS technology, this paper Complete the constructionof urban green infrastructure in Cangnan county. This is a new exploration of urban green infrastructure practices.
