At present, commonly used in Nanjing area is exterior insulation system.Because of several recent caused by building exterior insulation heat preservationmaterial fire events, caused the social from all walks of life of external wall thermalinsulation material fireproof performance of thinking, the industry from all walks oflife also fireproof performance of heat preservation materials had unprecedentedattaches great importance to. Although the ministry of public security said onDecember3,2012No.350is cancelled No.350on limit requirements of grade Athermal insulation material, but the study in class A insulation limit is very necessary,after all, safety is more important than mount tai. But restrictions in class A fire wallinsulation materials insulation system allows us to consider other modes ofapplication in Nanjing possible.This paper combines the climate features of Nanjing, mainly studies theadaptability of external wall insulation technology in hot summer and cold winterarea.According to the verification of internal insulation condensation, technologypossible bridge of insulation technology is used in hot summer and cold winter area,as well as in the region should promote the insulation system,the main contentsinclude:(1) Summary analysis some existing insulation technology system at homeand abroad, analyzes the mainstream of the advantages and disadvantages of fourkinds of heat preservation technology system and applicability.(2)Summaryillustrates some of the heat preservation material is commonly used in exterior wallinsulation, respectively analyzes the organic heat preservation material, and the meritsand demerits of the inorganic heat preservation material, and the related factorsaffecting their performance.(3)Analysis and comparison in the same environment, thesame thermal conductivity of the body wall, the insulation, self-insulation, thermalinsulation of the energy situation.(4)In the same environment, thermal bridgepossible problems of insulation of external wall insulation and exterior effect on bodyheat transfer coefficient.(5)For condensation problems that may exist within theinsulation system, choose the city of Nanjing in the hot summer and cold winter region of settlement calculation and analysis, analysis on different main body themaximum thickness of the thermal insulation layer under the condition of wallmaterial.By the comparison of internal insulation system, in order to indicate whether theinsulation system is worth popularizing in hot summer and cold winter area, ratherthan a single application of external thermal insulation technology system, promotingthe insulation system application form in hot summer and cold winter areadiversification.
