As a high energy consuming industry,the energy consumption of the construction industry accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption of the society.Today,with the vigorous development of the construction industry,it is necessary to put the building energy conservation on the development agenda.The exterior wall is an important structure of the building.The heat preservation treatment can control the temperature and humidity in the room.With the increasing importance of building energy conservation and emission reduction,energy conservation and environmental protection of exterior wall insulation materials has become one of the core assessment indicators in the construction of exterior wall.As an important geographical area in China,Northwest China has a dry climate,large temperature difference and sandstorm,so the demand for energy-saving insulation materials is more urgent.This study is carried out in this context,taking Northwest China as an example,to study the application status and problems of energy-saving thermal insulation materials for building exterior walls.In this study,firstly,the domestic and foreign research literature of thermal insulation materials and building external wall thermal insulation system are summarized,the classification and performance of thermal insulation materials are listed,different external wall thermal insulation systems are introduced,and the common external wall thermal insulation materials are analyzed in detail.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the climate characteristics of Northwest China,summarizes the selection principles of building exterior wall insulation materials in Northwest China,and studies the application status of energy-saving exterior wall insulation materials in Northwest China.Then,select a construction project in Northwest China as the research object,analyze and select the energy-saving thermal insulation materials for the exterior wall of the building,sort out the performance characteristics of common thermal insulation materials for the exterior wall,and determine the types of thermal insulation materials according to the actual situation of the project case.Finally,from the fiveaspects of safety,wall cracks,thermal bridge and condensation,poor durability,environmental pollution,the paper puts forward the application of energy-saving insulation materials for building exterior walls in Northwest China,and puts forward the targeted application suggestions from the above five aspects.Through this study,on the one hand,it can enrich the theoretical research on building energy conservation and external wall insulation materials in China,and systematically comb the theoretical research on energy conservation and insulation materials of external wall in China,so as to provide theoretical reference for the future research on energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry.On the other hand,through the research on the energy-saving and thermal insulation materials for the exterior walls of the buildings in Northwest China,we can sort out the thermal insulation materials suitable for the exterior walls of the buildings in Northwest China,which not only promotes the development of the construction industry,but also makes an important contribution to the energy-saving and emission reduction goals of the construction industry,which is also an important part of the construction of ecological civilization in China,and promotes the sustainable development of the construction industry and ensures the sustainable development of China.The healthy and coordinated development of social economy is of great significance. |
