This issue is the quality of centering system for dynamic balance based on the principle of the crankshaft as the research object.Also this paper quality centering system is based on the dynamic balance principle,is in the original dynamic balancing machine IMB500 dynamic balance testing system based on the development,enhance the original dynamic balance test system application scope,reduce development costs,improve the original dynamic balance system utilization value.To the scheming of related theory and application of the quality of a better way to introduce the topic,from the following aspects of optimization and Design:(1)Through the narration of crankshaft production technology development and the prospects in the future,this paper discusses the quality of crankshaft centering machine in the development of crank plays an important role,before the crankshaft production in the future will have to play the role.(2)Of mass centering machine using dynamic balance principle are discussed,especially on the crankshaft such rigid rotor dynamic balance are summarized.(3)The mechanical structure of the original dynamic balancing machine is improved,the original fastening belt device is removed,and the belt wheel system is replaced with the original belt drive system;(4)Adding correlation analysis circuit to effectively remove the noise from the vibration signal,improve the signal acquisition speed,improve the crankshaft production efficiency;(5)Using VB to quality constant scheming operating system for the design and debug,includes the main program,serial communication,system calibration,quality for the centring measurement system;(6)Experiments are carried out to validate the quality of crankshaft centering system design of this project,verify its feasibility.Experimental results show that the subject quality of crankshaft centering machine effectively remove the crankshaft blanks of the measure,thus reduce the crankshaft dynamic balance to the total weight,improved mechanical structure is in line with the requirements of the measurement accuracy,correlation analysis circuit effectively enhance the speed of information collection.The quality of centering system for dynamic balance based on the principle of high reliability and application value.
