Petrochemical raw materials has become the largest demand and fastest growing sourceof energy.But, all kinds of Large fire explosion and other accidents caused by the oil spill,pipeline leak have occurred From time to tome, the weak of safety technology and the lack ofsafety management were fully exposed.At first,The fault tree, event tree, causal analysis, analysis of the consequences, prelimhazard analysis5kinds of hazards identification methods have been choose to identify Hazardin handling process which existed9types of accidents.In the following of hazardidentification work, the fire, explosion, poisoning accident consequence caused by thepipeline leakage is analysised.A comprehensive index to evaluate the consequences isestablished.Then, leaks, liquid pool extension evaporation, gas diffusion, liquid pool, pool fire,vapor cloud explosion consequences such as modeling calculation model is choose forcalculating the accident consequences. It turned out that the method of principal componentanalysis model is used to calculate matrix to the consequence of principal component analysis,the results of model combined with principal component analysis evaluation method canrealize the consequences of different liquid pipeline not at the same time under the conditionof leak accident consequences caused by the comparison between the severity.This method isApplied to tianjin port nanjiang southern district F wharf, the representative sample of15kinds of dangerous chemicals is selected as the sample,The sorting of severity of accidentconsequence caused by these was got.Safety evaluation index system has been established ahich was applicable topetrochemical wharf in the process of loading and unloading operation, This evaluationmethod is applied to5fifty thousand tons of petrochemical wharf in tianjin port nanjiang port,terminal handling are got the sorting of process safety of5ports.
