With the development of our country economy, industrial scale expands ceaselessly, the number of vehicles is increasing, the source kinds of industrial noise,construction noise and social life noise is more and more. The intensity of noise increase high and high. Noise is harmful that it affect peoples’s sleep,disturb peoples’s communication of language, lead to hearing impairment and cause all kinds of diseases. In recent years,the researchers put great effort on heat preservation, insulation, even energy-saving of windows,but put less effort on sound insulation performance of windows.For all buildings’s maintenance structure,Window is the weak link on the sound insulation.Its performance is good or bad, will directly affect the construction users’s normal work, rest and life, especially who live beyond trunk traffic road, near the bustling commercial district and factory group hybrid zone.To improve and strengthen sound insulation performance of windows is the only way to guarantee building sound environment. With the standard of living to gradually improve, peoples’s living, office require of sound environmental requirements are also rising. In this situation, solving the noise problem is imminent.Generally speaking, noise pollution has become increasingly serious environmental pollution types. We need to make great efforts to control and solve the problem of noise pollution. Window should not only has the ventilation, insulation function,but also have a certain sound insulation ability.To study window sound insulation performance has very important practical significance.The main purpose of this paper is to explore three factors of frame material, opening ratio, opening way on the effect of window’s air-borne sound insulation performance.From the purpose,i make the experiment design.According to the national standard and using special acoustic instrument, i make the on-site measurement to each window specimens. After obtaining experiment data such as the interior sound pressure level, the outdoor sound pressure level and reverberation time,i calculate it according to the requirements of national standard. Finally,i get air-borne sound insulation performance of each window specimen. For air-borne sound insulation performance of window as the dependent variable, by three factors as independent variables, i analyze the influence degree of each factor using multivariate analysis of variance. During the period, i use the acoustics software of VA-LAB and statistical analysis software of SPSS.
