For the reason that the existing aero-engine hydraulic pipeline vibration testing equipment could not reflect the real aero-engine hydraulic pipeline vibration problems, this study provides a hydraulic pipeline vibration test equipment that can truly reflect the hydraulic pipe line vibration invironment of the aero-engine, according to the actual work environment of the aero-engine hydraulic pipeline, to meet the needs of the researchers in the research of the aero-engine hydraulic pipeline vibration mechanism and the failure characteristics of the vibration.In this paper, we designed a complete hydraulic pump station, and it can satisfy the needs of the experiment to adjust the pressure and flow of the pipeline. We used the best method required to fix the hydraulic pipeline, and it can truly simulate the invironment of the aero-engine hydraulic pipeline.Be to realize the fine man-machine interface, VB is used to design a complete control system in this paper. We used anvantech data acquisition card PCL-818L to collect and output the analog signal, to count the pulse. The control system can control the analog output waveform and frequency, and display the real-time analog output signal; to acquaint、filter、 analysis and monitor the input analog signal; to monitor the hydraulic pipeline flow at the real-time. The advanced B&K system is used to acquaint and analysis the vibration signal, which sets the signal acquisition, processing and analysis in one.In this paper, we established a module of aero-engine hydraulic pipeline vibration, and got the vibration law of the pipeline nature frequency. We did series of experiments, verified the practicalty of the experiment system on one side, and verified the correction of the theoretical analysis on the other side.
