Economic development and raise the standard of living of people put forward higher requirements on the quality of drinking water and taste, the current requirements of all waterworks water reached the direct drinking is not realistic, therefore, will be part of the living water of deep treatment for drinking, sub quality water supply, saving investment and practical feasibility, the pipeline is proposed drinking water can realize this function.Subject to the West Railway Station area of Ji’nan city water supply as the research object, in the domestic and foreign related data collection and survey research, combined with the local network of water supply and water quality, the area of direct drinking water project water supply process:Ultrafiltration titanium rock activated carbon sand filtration+composite absorbing process of filtration+security filter+NF+chlorine dioxide disinfection and UV disinfection, and from the system planning, water purification equipment, disinfection method, material selection, operation and management skills and experience are compared and discussed.Indicates that the composite adsorption test:composite adsorption filtration can effectively reduce the turbidity, CODmb, NO2-N, ammonia nitrogen and conventional surface water in the process of chloroform, acetic acid and other halogenated disinfection by-products, reducing the risk of drinking water. When the activated carbon and ultrafiltration titanium rock inorganic adsorbent mass ratio3:1, packing height of1500mm, the filtering velocity is6m/h, the removal rate of CODMn can reach80%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased to70%, the UV254removal rate reached78%. Activated carbon and ultrafiltration titanium rock inorganic adsorbent material combination, complementary, can be more comprehensive and thorough removal of pollutants in water.Membrane filter can effectively remove turbidity, color, odor, disinfection by-product precursors, microorganisms, dissolved organic matter. By nanofiltration aperture between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, can be harmful organic matter in the removal of the simultaneous removal of the water hardness and most ions, low valence ions and trace elements, in part to retain the original water is beneficial for the body of the effluent, meet the health drink.Engineering1#water purification station and47km of thin wall stainless steel pipe has been put into operation in2013October, according to the planning construction of5water purification station and110km pipeline network, will be completed in2015-2020, projects with a total investment of about130000000yuan, the daily water supply capacity of1300cubic meters/day, the water area of26square km, population300000benefit, is currently the largest non film direct drinking water project. Project operation cost about200-250yuan/cubic meters of water, fully meet the water quality standard for drinking water (CJ94-2005) standard.
