| Water is the basis of human survival,is the life of the resources,in the pursuit of environmental protection and health in the context of society,drinking water safety is to become the focus of attention of the people.For the time being,water pollution is worsening,the types and quantity of pollutants in polluted water are increasing rapidly,and the difficulty of water treatment is also improved.The current traditional water purification process can not completely remove some of the pollutants in the water,and the disinfection by-products generated during the disinfection process is more serious harm to the human body.In addition,the water in the process of water supply is prone to two pollution,so people’s pursuit of high quality pure water and look forward to increasing.In recent years,the gradual development of pipeline direct drinking water or tap water is based on the water quality of water by nanofiltr ation treatment with high quality water,pure water,disinfection by-products,is not easy to happen two times pollution and low cost,gradually to the public and the pursuit of love.Pipeline direct drinking water project is a kind of water supply system,which can be used as a supplementary form of water supply system.Although the development of pipeline direct drinking water in our country is relatively short,but has a relatively broad market prospects.In this paper,through the study of direct drinking water pretreatment process,the paper pointed out the defects of the single activated carbon for the low filtration efficiency of the polar and hydrophilic organic matter,and proposed the use of the new polar adsorbent.And through the titanium rock / activated carbon,activated carbon for single tap water turbidity,total number of colonies,COD Mn removal ratio and membrane flux changes proved better than the single effect of activated carbon adsorption filtration / activated carbon titanium rock.On the rock of titanium / static experiment and dynamic experiment on activated carbon: static experiments show that the activated carbon,titanium rock 2:3 ratio,the reaction temperature is 35 DEG C,p H in the range of 7.77.83,the better removal efficiency of CODMn,ammonia reaction conditions of 4H;dynamic experiments show that when the filter speed control in 3m/h7m/h,packing height control in 100cm150cm,better removal of CODMn,ammonia,UV254,NO2-N.Ji’nan West Railway Station area CBD direct drinking water pipeline direct drinking water project is introduced.The procedures of the engineering design as an example,summarized in the design process,selection of water selection process of water,water pipes,water distribution network layout and stat ion construction matters needing attention and selection and arrangement method,principle.Finally,the maintenance and management of the pipeline direct drinking water project is recommended from the recording equipment operation log,water purification equipment cleaning,water quality testing and improving the management system and maintenance of water supply network in four aspects.Management unit and the public should do their own duties and responsibilities,so as to better maintain a good pipeline direct drinking water system. |
