In recent years, changed climate caused by carbon emissions has become one of the most serious challenges facing the global sustainable development, reducing carbon emissions has caused the attention of the world. Due to the large reduction potential in the field of construction,it is an important source of carbon emissions.With more and more commercial buildings, energy consumption of commercial buildings increased significantly. Therefore, the study of quantitative diagnosis and reduction of commercial buildings is very urgent.Firstly, this paper described the background of the research, current situation and developments in domestic and international research to determine the content and purpose of the main research topics. Secondly, determined and studied carbon emissions quantitative boundary and the energy consuming activities in commercial building, and by such as access, collection, analysis and studies on a series of materials, energy dissipation system operation and equipment operation data to determine the carbon emissions quantitative methods. And in-depth study of carbon emission coefficient of energy consumption.Lastly, taking Jinan City, Hai Wei Plaza commercial building as the research object.Energy-using systems were carried out quantization, analysis and research by time, energy consumption and other types according to the data collection of commercial building and site diagnosis of energy-using systems,by the structure and developing trend of the proportion, determine the reduction potential of the larger system or equipment, and to determine the factors affecting carbon emissions, in order to study on energy saving and emission reduction of carbon emissions. Especially in commercial building water system is analyzed, the using equipment were analysised, put forward measures to reduce emissions, in order to achieve a better reduction state.This topic regards Hai Wei Plaza commercial building as a typical project, collected and analysised relevant information, data operation and on-site testing results of the research nearly three years of the system energy consumption or equipment. According to determine the quantitative method and selection of carbon emission coefficient,to get2011-2013carbon emissions of a hai wei plaza commercial building in nearly three years is respectively:2887980kg,2971709kg,2875750kg. According to quantitative analysis and site diagnosis case of a2013carbon emissions, consumption carbon emissions characteristics and quantitative diagnosis are researched probing into the existing equipment energy.To transform part and energy dissipation devices through calculation, analysis and research,, north building air conditioning system can be used combine frequency converter with intelligent control to energy-saving; Through analyzing the current situation of pump operation, determine its operation effect is better; For cooling tower after application environment analysis software-Airpak to simulate, concluded that change the surrounding environment can realize energy conservation; After a series of diagnostic evaluation, but also by utilizing natural cooling, refrigeration in the evening to reduce machine boot time; Water reuse; Non-inverter chiller frequency transformation; Lighting system and the realization of elevator system for intelligent control measures to save energy and reduce carbon emissions.By determining quantitative range of activities of the commercial building carbon emissions and energy consumption, as well as quantification methods of carbon emissions, analysis and selection of the carbon emission factor, each commercial building energy systems and energy-consuming equipment were diagnosis and analysis of studies comparing the classification can be proposed to achieve quantified emissions of commercial buildings to achieve the overall understanding of commercial building energy consumption situation and in different parts of the system of comparative analysis, is advantageous to propose the mitigation measures. At the same time, this topic research results can provide commercial buildings a technical support to quantitative evaluation, diagnosis and way to reduce emissions.
