Global warming caused by greenhouse gas emissions has always been an environmental issue of human concern.In 2019,the sixth assessment report meeting of IPCC was held in Beijing.In the special report of global 1.5 ? warming,by comparing the warming of 1.5 ? and warming of 2 ?,the differences brought about by the special report on the cryosphere,lithosphere,biosphere,water source sphere and human sphere were elaborated,and the efforts needed to control the warming of 1.5 ? were put forward.In the analysis of the causes of greenhouse gas emissions,in addition to fossil fuel combustion and automobile exhaust emissions,the construction industry has become a major carbon dioxide emitter with its high volume and high energy consumption.Therefore,this paper takes Wanda Plaza in Chaoyang as the analysis object,calculates its whole life cycle carbon emissions and conducts relevant research on carbon reduction factors and strategies,which has reference significance for the energy conservation and carbon reduction of commercial buildings in cold areas.Based on LCA theory,this paper establishes a life cycle calculation model of commercial buildings,which is divided into three stages: materialization stage,use stage and demolition disposal stage.The carbon emission factors of fossil energy,electric power,building materials,transportation,machinery and equipment were determined through literature search,and the data needed for the calculation model was improved.Calculate the carbon emissions of three stages of Chaoyang Wanda Plaza,and get the carbon emissions of the whole life cycle of the building and the proportion of carbon emissions of each stage.Then,from the two aspects of architectural design and technical optimization,the paper comprehensively analyzes the carbon reduction factors in the whole life cycle of commercial buildings.With the help of design builder and Ecotect software,13 factors of carbon reduction in the three levels of building design,namely,building body,enclosure structure and building components,are comprehensively simulated.With the help of theoretical research and software simulation,6 factors of carbon reduction in the three stages of building life cycle in technical optimization are analyzed.Finally,the paper analyzes the use of various carbon reduction factors in Chaoyang Wanda Plaza,introduces the concept of carbon emission sensitivity index,and ranks the impact of different carbon reduction strategies on carbon emissions.In the final scheme of the case,10 carbon reduction strategies are adopted,namely,atrium width,atrium spacing,roof heat transfer coefficient,external wall heat transfer coefficient,external window heat transfer coefficient,building sunshade component,solar energy component,use of high-performance building materials,air conditioning system optimization,waste recycling proportion optimization,and the effectiveness of the carbon reduction strategy is verified by software simulation.
