Study On Quality Control Of Ready-mixed Concrete Projects In Jinan

With the rapid development of economy and the construction industry in China, ready-mixed concrete industry developed fast, and the construction sector has become one of the most important sub-sectors. On the one hand, ready-mixed concrete is essentially one of the main building materials that separated from the traditional construction system and is produced by independent enterprise, which cause the separation of the management and monitoring because of ready-mixed concrete pre-production and post-pouring, conservation based on different subjects. At the same time, due to their different interests, stakeholders have differences about the quality control of ready-mixed concrete, which largely affects the quality of ready-mixed concrete, thus resulting in many engineering accident. On the other hand, ready-mixed concrete as the main construction material composed of entities, also means that the quality of ready-mixed concrete directly determines the quality of the construction entity, thus the quality of ready-mixed concrete quality management affects the quality of concrete works. Therefore, the quality of ready-mixed concrete management research is particularly important.This paper first proposed the background, purpose, significance of the study, the content and methods of innovation research. At the same time, this paper study the status of quality management of the ready-mix concrete abroad and explained the basic theories and methods of quality management, which providing a theoretical basis for research. Then, analyzed the factors affecting the quality of ready-mixed concrete, and established ready-mixed concrete quality management system based on government departments, enterprises and users according to the specific circumstances of Jinan. Finally, this paper proposed management measures of ready-mixed concrete based on government departments, enterprises and users.Research paper is intended to explore and try to establish quality management model of ready-mixed concrete in Jinan based on government departments, enterprises and users. This is very important to establish a relatively reasonable, scientific quality management model based on the tripartite, and provide the experience for other areas of quality management of ready-mixed concrete.
