At present,China’s economy has gradually shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and China’s ready-mixed concrete enterprises are walking on the road of high-quality development.Facing the economic recovery after the global epidemic,China began to accelerate the construction of major projects and infrastructure,which will bring some new development opportunities for China’s ready-mixed concrete enterprises.A building materials Company also ushered in development opportunities,but also encountered many difficulties.Although the industry scale is huge,but in recent years the market competition is increasingly fierce,how to efficient production,high quality development has become the key to the success of ready-mixed concrete enterprises.This paper takes A Building Materials Company as the research object,and takes a questionnaire survey on the key position employees of A Building Materials Company.Then,combine with the information from A Building Materials Company’s internal operation data,and use Six Sigma-related tools to sort out the main problems of ready-mixed concrete production management.Next,analyze the causes of the problem by interviewing experts within A Building Materials Company and in the same industry,and by combining them with lean manufacturing theory.Finally,the 5S management method and ECRS were applied to optimize the production management of ready-mixed concrete of A Building Materials Company in order to achieve the basic goal of improving product quality and production efficiency.Based on the above research,this paper finds that there are three problems in the production management of ready-mixed concrete of A Building Materials Company:high missing rate of on-site detection of sand moisture content,high error of measuring scale and high delivery timeout rate.The main reasons are: low comprehensive quality of staff,unscientific process management,unreasonable delivery process setting.This paper optimizes the management of ready-mixed concrete production by optimizing staff management,implementing TPM management,optimizing transportation process and other optimization strategies.And through the improvement of corporate culture,the optimization of salary system to provide guarantee for the optimization strategy.The study and implementation of production management optimization strategies will not only improve product quality,but also avoid problems such as personal safety issues and economic losses due to engineering accidents caused by ready-mixed concrete quality problems.
