Waffle cast mold for large span, column grid and withstand large loads of big projects, is widely used in the underground garage, conference rooms, shopping malls and other buildings, and good economic benefits, social benefits significantly. Thesis Waffle floor as the research object, binding assays, using finite element analysis software for Waffle Slab calculations and mechanical properties of numerical systems analysis, and design recommendations. The main tasks include:1.Research status at home and abroad ribbed floor, focusing on the basic situation of cast Waffle floor, features and construction techniques reviewed.2.Conducted on-site a span of8.4m floor mechanical response of the test, using hierarchical loading mechanism to get deflections, reinforced concrete strain and strain variation study its deflection, strain and load.3.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, create a physical model, calculate and analyze the test model at all levels of internal forces and deformation loads development, by contrast, to verify the correctness of the test results; through the floor be covered with loads carried nonlinear analysis, observation floor crack development.4.Orthotropic plate method using ribbed floor is analyzed, obtained its vertical deflection under load, internal forces. And write MATLAB program to calculate the internal forces floor with ANSYS model results were compared entities, discusses the theoretical difference and finite element calculation results.5.Establish a shell model and STRAT ANSYS beam model to analyze its internal force and deformation, the ANSYS solid model, beam shell model, STRAT model orthotropic plate method and worth the deflection and bending moment comparative analysis at a reasonable computational model, and suggestions for cast mold Waffle design techniques.
