One-way cylinder core hollow floor was one of the cast-in hollow floor, namely used the buried core pore forming process in the ordinary reinforced concrete floor, fixed place the circular high strength thin walled composite tubes at every distance, and then pouring concrete, which channel was single. In actual project, due to its small weight, good economic performance, good seismic performance and so on, one-way cylinder core hollow floor, can better met the requirements of contemporary architecture and has been used widely. Because its core barrel and the existence of the rib, lead to two direction of section stiffness was variable, even more difficult to analyze it. In this paper, basis on the previous studies, the one-way cylinder core hollow floor was further studied related to mechanics performance. Including the following several aspects:1.Introducing the research background, characteristic of single direction within the tube core hollow floor system, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the main existing problems at present, the main purpose and significance of this paper.2.Based on the classical elastic thin plate theory, through the stiffness homogenization method the one-way tube core hollow floor was simplified to orthotropic plate, the average stiffness in two directions was calculated on the basis of the analysis related to the elastic theory.3.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the one-way cylinder core hollow floor model in three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation was established, test and verify the reliability of model, under the vertical uniform load the main mechanical properties of hollow floor was analysed.4.Analyzing the relevant parameters by the model was established in this paper(concrete strength, hollow rate, support conditions).5.Finally drawing the main conclusion, and puts forward prospects.
