Abstract/Summary:
High-rise office building is one of the most important buildings in urbandevelopment, which is otfen titled "landmark" by the owners or the architects in thepractice engineering project. In more cases, people put more emphasis on modelingand outer skin design of high-rise official buildings than other aspects of high-riseofficial buildings, which are also prerequisite for evaluation scheme by the owners orthe architects. Nowadays, people call for the sustainable development, and peopleboth inside and outside construction industry attach great importance to the problemsof green energy-efficiency. Building skin is regarded as a carrier for linking indoorartificial environment and outdoor natural environment and is the part which willaffect energy consumption of the building most, so it is no doubt that the architectsput emphasis on the research and design on energy-efficient skin when consideringplans. The aim of this thesis is to achieve a breakthrough of this subject, and conducta good exploration at the aspects of technology of energy-efficiency skin applying totechnology integration in the design of high-rise oiffcial building in our country andpractical application.In this paper, the author first summarizes the historical evolution, technologydevelopment and design trend of energy-efficiency skin design of high-rise officialbuilding through the domestic and foreign research review. Then combined with theexamples of energy-efficiency skin design technology of high-rise official building athome and abroad, the author does further research on designing and applying thetechnology of building envelopes, architectural lighting, architectural shading andnatural ventilation, etc. in theory and application, and uses the method of calculatingyear-round operation of Xinlihua headquarters building in Nanjing by lES dynamicthermal simulation sotfware, and this paper gives a preliminary practical explorationon applying energy-efficiency skin design technology of high-rise oiffcial building inthe design of Xinlihua headquarters building in Nanjing.Therefore, in this paper, the author takes energy-efficiency skin design as themain object of study, and combines with her own experiences, selects theenergy-efficiency skin of Xinlihua headquarters building in Nanjing as point ofcontact which she participate in. Meanwhile, the author summarizes morecomprehensively that the application of the technology of energy-efficiency skin andexperiences in actual practice and explores practical ways which are suitable for the design of energy-efficiency skin of current high-rise oiffcial building in China toobtain technology and methods with the promoted value in certain scope of this field.
