China is at a stage of rapid development.In 2021,China’s energy carbon dioxide emissions will account for about one-third of the world’s energy carbon dioxide emissions.The energy consumption will increase year by year,from 3.48 billion tons of standard coal in 2011 to 5.24 billion tons of standard coal in 2021.High-rise office buildings are one of the main types of public buildings with the largest construction volume in China.The energy consumption composition of office buildings is complex and strong.Under the background that building energy consumption is one of the three major energy consumption in today’s society,it is very necessary to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction for high-rise office buildings.This paper sorts out the more important design indicators related to building energy consumption and design indicators from the existing literature,and carries out field research on this basis.Through the analysis of the survey data by the quartile,a typical model of high-rise office buildings in Hefei has been established.There are four typical models,including tower type and plate type,And use the building energy consumption simulation software Open Stuido to analyze its energy consumption,and verify the reliability of the typical model through the existing energy consumption data.Then,through the single-factor sensitivity analysis method,a total of 10 factors in three categories of horizontal and vertical section design factors,enclosure structure factors and indoor thermal disturbance factors were analyzed,and the sensitivity order of 10 factors and building energy consumption was obtained,and four key factors of energy-saving design based on architectural perspective were screened.Then orthogonal experiments were carried out on these four key factors to further study the relationship between them and building energy consumption,and energy saving strategies such as reducing the power density of electrical equipment,adjusting the number of lamps and lanterns opened according to sunlight,reducing the ratio of window to wall,and reducing the heat transfer coefficient of external windows were proposed.The results show that the ratio of window to wall,the shading coefficient of external windows and the power density of electrical equipment are highly significant factors for the energy consumption of typical modular buildings in high-rise office buildings;The window to wall ratio,building orientation and electrical equipment power density are highly significant factors for the energy consumption of typical modular buildings in high-rise office buildings.The sensitivity order and significance analysis of various factors can enable architects to weigh various design parameters at the initial stage of design,optimize the design as much as possible with limited capital investment,and achieve the best energy-saving effect of the building.The research results provide reference for energy conservation design of other climate regions and different building types in China,and are conducive to promoting the development of building energy conservation and the smooth realization of the double carbon targets in 2030 and 2060.Figure[84] table [36] reference [62]...
