The Research On Green Design Strategies Of Ultra High-rise Building

The development of Ultra High-rise Building, which is stand for wealth andintelligence, reflects the most cutting edge technology and the achievement in art.However, it also has been making massive negative influence in transportation,environment and resource. Thus, how to keep balance between Ultra High-riseBuilding and the sustainable development of ecological environment is becoming anurgent issue. The research, analysis and summarize towards the Green designstrategies of Ultra High-rise Building have come into a sharper focus in recent days.The subject of this research is Ultra High-rise Building. This thesis will discuss itin several different angles, for instance, optimizing the building shape, constructingbuilding skin and using active technologies. It will then research and analyze theGreen design strategies throughout hips of cases in different countries. The thesisattempt to find some universal and enlightening design methods so as to give someclues towards the creating of green Ultra High-rise Buildings.The thesis mainly contains three parts. The first part is the background analysisof Ultra High-rise Building. The second part is overview of the Ultra High-riseBuilding’s Green design. It is in consist of defining the subject of this research,summarizing the relevant study and discussing the effect factors. Last but not least,the third part is most important in this thesis. It contains three chapters. After giventhe theoretical supplement by chapter1and2, chapter3,4,5will respectively addressthe detail analysis. They make the case study of Ultra High-rise Building in threedifferent aspects. From the architects’ point of view, the thesis will analyze the cuttingpoint of every period during the whole process of building design. And also it willresearch the Green design strategies of Ultra High-rise Buildings.Given by the research and analysis, the writer hopes to sum up the correlatedtheories and techniques of the Ultra High-rise Building’s Green design. Along withthat, the writer also hopes this thesis will give some advices for other architects.
