Research On The Architectual Form Design Of Nanjing Huashan Hotel

According to the architectural design plan of Nanjing Huashan Hotel re-construction projectand on the basis of a large number of field researches, this paper makes a more comprehensive andsystematic research. First of all, research provides a reference for later strategy research through theanalysis on the components of the visually perceived high-rise buildings including the shape, theinterface texture and the color as well as study on the factors of high-rise architectural form designincluding environment, function and structure, materials and techniques. Secondly, researchdiscusses the shaping strategy of forms of high-rise buildings from three aspects.(1)It exploresfrom the association with urban natural features of the form of high-rise buildings, its interactionwith the city skyline and its integration with the urban social environment to seek design ideasaccording with the urban space as a whole.(2)It carries out study on the space arrangement form ofhigh-rise buildings, the choice of architectural forms and the combination of architectural forms tofind the optimal relation organization of forms of high-rise buildings.(3)It makes study on the flatorganizational structure of high-rise buildings, the expression of interface texture and shaping ideasto explore the best design program of high-rise buildings monomers. Finally, it makes a briefexposition on the design program about Nanjing Huashan Hotel re-construction project the authorparticipated in during the internship in the Institute of Architectural Design of Jiangsu Province.And further demonstrates the feasibility of the design strategy of high-rise buildings form.To create outstanding high-rise buildings, many aspects of contents must be considered to makehigh-rise buildings beautiful and intelligent as well as make them conducive to the improvement ofthe urban landscape, so as to make high-rise buildings create good urban space and transferring veins,to be better integrated into the city and to truly and positively serve for the humanity.
