With the globalization of economy and the need of local enterprises to participate in international competition,, Chinese businesses increasingly need to further tap the potential of internal management, and continuously improve the management capacity of enterprises, take the initiative into the supply chain system, composed of upstream and downstream enterprise, renew the idea, adjust way of thinking, to enhance and improve the logistics strategy, to optimize the internal logistics management based on the company actual situation of company. As an important node of the supply chain logistics, warehousing sectors have very important effect to reduce logistics costs and improve customer satisfaction,, in recent years, Although with the use of automated warehouse construction become fashionable for a time, but the domestic many enterprises still adopt the flat base and general shelves and other more traditional way, for such enterprises, how to optimize the goods stored in order to improve the working efficiency is still a reality the necessary requirements.This paper relates to the enterprise is a domestic large scale solar energy production enterprises, has been more than10years high speed development, enterprise storage center storage materials mainly the raw materials suppling to solar production line, Water tank of a solar water heater, solar collector, Solar mounting bracket, engineering materials and parts etc, with the increasing of solar engineering business.The proportion of long inventory cycle engineering products increased. The reservoir area cannot meet the deposit and t the residual phenomenon at the same time, the original plan can’t meet can’t meet the demand of reality; a large individual area of reservoir lack of slotting optimization and design of effective, high inventory condition with low efficiency, unable to meet the requirements for efficient delivery, in order to improve warehouse management status quo, on the basis of fully grasp the company’s operating practice, to rethink the warehouse layout planning, analyzes several typical pallet storage reservoir distribution, suitable for different reservoir of slotting optimization method is proposed, main contents stated as follows:First, the basic theory of slotting optimization, this paper expounds the type of the facility layout, slotting optimization principle, purpose and thinking, put forward position analysis model and optimize the implementation steps, the fuzzy partition and precise assigned two optimization was proposed, acording to the information management (bar code management and non management bar code), Optimized respectively.Second, storage facility layout planning, analysing the problems of enterprise warehouse operations and Reservoir distribution, points out the necessity of implementation layout improvement reservoir, reservoir area by using the theory of SLP layout1to layout planning.The third, typical of the slotting optimization, solar production enterprise warehouse material including material tens of thousands of species, different product characteristics, In the light of the barcode raw material storage area, considering of the logistics route type, respectively based on ABC layout method and the in-out warehouse batch ratio method optimization.Fourth, Aiming at the existing problems of plain reservoir storage of raw materials, considering the reservoir type logistics route, the ABC layout based on fuzzy partition method and outbound volume ratio method position layout method for optimization of the goods.Fifth, The optimization model is established and refined the transportation distance of outbound frequency based on two factors,the position of entity and the concept of position coupling method was carried out on the water tank of the slotting optimization,the position matching degree concept is put forward, according to the characteristics of the number of tasks,Hungary algorithm and vogel algorithm are proposed,respectively.Sixth, automated warehouse layout design and optimization,recasting the existing equipments into automated equipments. on the basis of products and warehouse structure, made of the layout plan to transform set, put forward the position distribution of logic thinking and selection algorithm.
