With the gradual acceleration of the globalization process, countries around theworld have deep and extensive exchanges in culture, economy, substance, etc. Inorder to guarantee the normal circulation and flow of substance such as goods,resources between regions, air, sea, land and other modes of transport are constantlyimproving their quantity and quality. Refrigerated container has made great progressand development as an important means of maritime, which also becomes anindispensable tool in regional trades. However, to accommodate the various risingneeds of logistics, it must have to keep digging, develop and enhance its advantagesof transportation and storage. At the same time, it must avoid the shortcomings anddeficiencies to a greater extent. Refrigeration system is the core control of arefrigerated container, so making necessary improvements to improve energyefficiency and cooling index of its structure and performance become the maindirection of development of container technology. Currently, the compressor,condenser fan, evaporator fan of refrigerated containers which are put into marketbasically take a fixed frequency. Fixed-frequency electric motors are unable to makethe appropriate adjustments and changes according to the specific circumstancesinside the refrigerated container because of the constant output speed, which makesthe temperature inside the container impossible to change in time, thus affecting thestorage condition of the items. In addition, such machines are large energyconsumption, so the research of its energy-saving aspects is currently one direction ofkey breakthroughs.Focusing on the specific structure of refrigerated containers and ships, startingfrom the working principle of refrigerator, and for the purpose of enhancing thecooling effect and energy savings, we proposed a “one in one out” idea. From therefrigeration system itself,“in” refers to using inverter technology to replace theoriginal fixed-frequency technology. This technology allows the refrigerator to takeappropriate frequency and power consumption based on real-time data, which canlargely improve the quality of refrigeration and save energy. The frequencyconversion principle of refrigeration system is based on achieving quantitativestepless control of motors of evaporator fan, compressor and condenser fan as tochange the output power.“Out” refers to the compressor PLC control technology,which choose other parameters instead of refrigeration temperature parameters as a detection signal and replace the original controller by using PLC relay logic circuitconsisting of compressor control, to make the operational status of refrigeratedcontainers at its best condition, so as to achieve a safe, reliable and efficientenergy-saving purposes.
