The decline of traditional energy reserves,the expansion of human demand forresources and the urgent problems following with traditional energy which both arerenewable energy and have considerable reserves and distribution of a wide range.Theresearch of efficient use of the two kinds of energy heats up year by year.For the placewhere the setting up of grid is not convenient,small independent energy power generationdevice is particularly promising.Under the background of low carbon life and sustainabledevelopment policies vigorously advocated by the government,detached wind-solarcomplementary system is becoming a necessary choice to small energy powergeneration.The system use complementary characteristics of wind energy and solar energydistribution in space and time to generate power uninterruptedly day and night,and tooutput power steadily under different seasons.Compared to a single wind or solarpower,the system possess the characteristics of high utilization of resources,high stabilityand reliability in application.The topic serves the project,the Taihang Mountain Small Packaged Wind-solarcomplementary Clean Energy System,in Hebei Province Science and Technology supportplan as a platform to study how to apply the system safely and steadily in mountainousarea.After a lot of data inquiry,information and research,configuration,finally thecomplementary system prototype is installed in LangYa Hill scenic site Shijiatong villageand its operational aspect is monitored and recorded for several times.The system of this paper is mainly composed of power generation parts,electricalenergy conversion,energy storage and load components.Further studied are control andconfiguration of power generation,converter control of power conversion,charging anddischarging control of energy storage and capacity selection.Research direction mainlyhave two emphases:the controller hardware and software programs research and thecapacity matching study of the detached complementary system based upon powerconsumption as well as wind energy,resources distribution in LangYa Hill scenic spot testsites.This paper has obtained the certain research,mainly including the following threeaspects: 1)Study the various parts of the system and working principle,and for each generationmethod and the storage battery charging and discharging control,chose the most suitablecontrol methods to use in Taihang Mountain through the comparison of existing powergeneration methods.2)On the basis of the single chip processor disPIC30F2010as the control core,carryout the DC/DC converter,drive circuit,sampling circuit and peripheral circuit research,andwrite the software program for the control method.3)Match the wind-solar complementary system suitable for the Taihang Mountainthrough the calculation of correction based on resource data and power consumptionsituation.Finally test results in the experiment site prove that the system can be stableoperation.
