The increasingly serious environmental pollution and the gradual depletion of petrochemical energy are a serious threat to human survival and development.With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly serious environmental problems,China gradually recognized the importance of clean energy development and use.In the context of the new era,the state has introduced a number of favorable policies to promote the use and development of clean energy.Dalian bay port has better wind energy and sunshine energy.Under the inspiration of favorable policies,the wind and solar power generation system of Dalian Bay area is built by making full use of this favorable condition.Based on the study of the basic structure of the wind solar hybrid power generation system,the design of the wind solar hybrid power generation system is completed.In this paper,the basic structure of wind solar hybrid power generation system is discussed firstly,and the components and working modes of the system are analyzed.It focuses on the classification of grid connected inverters.On this basis,it has completed the electrical design of the power generation system.It includes the analysis of the basic situation of the surrounding power grid,the calculation of the user's power consumption,the calculation of the power balance problem,etc..Finally,it determines the grid access scheme of the system.It selects each unit device and draws the schematic diagram of each part of the circuit.This paper analyzes the design of dispatching automation and monitoring system of wind solar hybrid power generation system.Based on the analysis of the function requirements of dispatching automation and monitoring system,the realization methods of each functional unit are discussed.It designs the overall scheme and overall block diagram of the field monitoring terminal.It focuses on the analysis of the field monitoring terminal hardware circuit design,detailed analysis of the controller selection,power circuit design and communication circuits and other parts of the design.It selects the S3C2440 controller as the processor of the field monitoring terminal.It uses GPRS wireless communication mode to carry out remote data transmission.It uses the RS-485 communication method to monitor the field equipment.The scheme realizes the scheduling and management of the project at a lower cost.At last,the system is debugged and analyzed.Firstly,it tests the field monitoring terminal,analyzes the test after power on and the functional test of each functional unit.Secondly,the grid connected debugging is carried out,and the output voltage of the inverter controller is measured by the oscilloscope,and the actual inverter controller data is tested.Through the test results analysis,the system function and performance meet the requirements.The system can not only provide enough power for the internal load of Dalian bay port,but also realize grid connected power generation,and achieve higher economic value.The project can be used as a reference for clean energy power plants in coastal areas.
