| The theme of this paper is the Home Health Management system designed for the future aging society. As we all know, our society has entered a stage of rapid aging. Rapidly aging along with the economic turmoil, the acceleration of urbanization and the disintegration of the traditional family structure, is becoming an enormous pressure and resistance to the further development of China. The pension issues is related to each one, each family and even the whole community. However, due to the imperfect current pension policy and the pension legal system, as well as lack of endowment team, our endowment industry developed slowly. Scholars and government departments began to appeal to the whole community to encourage social forces to join in the construction of the pension undertakings, vigorously promote the active aging process.Based on this, the paper takes "designing for the elderly" as the main clues to expend the full text. From the dissertation idea to the issue research methods, and the research results in the final, the "design" is used as a weapon that throughout the full text. The paper also integrated the endowment exploration of the community, For example, the HHCE, and the Health Management System, etc. We are trying to find a reasonable way to solve the endowment problem. It is to be the Home Health Management System.The discussion combines the research achievements of some developed countries which chose empty nester group as the object of design study, applying the anthropology and user research method, to establish the virtual user model. Then, from the above research, we extracted the user’s needs about the healthy management. Around the "human-centered" design philosophy, we construct the Health Management Product Service system facing the empty nester family. A perfect family health management system is made of users, service-provider, and other relationship constitutes. Service-provider include user’ family members, community, hospitals and other social service workers.The system involves a wide range of technical areas (such as communication engineering, remote medical treatment, biological medicine, wireless sensor, Internet, mobile Internet, and so on), contains as many as dozens of product categories. Therefore, it is difficult for the author to set up such a large and complex system, the paper mainly provides some theory and methods for the further research, and focus on how to establish such a health management system and how to apply those theories and methods into thesis study. The particularity of the study object brought the richness of research theory, and flexibility of the research method. In the end, the paper presents a typical user model of product design and product service system architecture which could guide the subsequent design implementation. |
