| Beginning with a public service advertisement,this article aims to call upon the public to pay attention to caring and respecting the senior citizens.I express the reason why I choose this topic through the advertisement.The arrival of the aging society in China has led to an increase in the number of empty nest families in cities.Data show that by 2030 the number of elderly population in China will reach 230 million,the proportion of support in 2050 is 1.6 : 1.The party's 19 major reports stressed people's livelihood,and discussed actively that dealing with aging process is one of the most important tasks in the moment.It is significant to strengthen the social security system,promote the combination of medical care,vigorously develop the aging industry so that the quality of life in old age can be improved.Through a questionnaire survey and empty nest family visits,it is learned that the elderly's opinion on the traditional pension model has changed year by year in China's large and medium-sized cities.Based on the background of aging process in China and the characteristics of psychological and physiological behavior of the elderly,the advantages of the pension model of the western developed countries and the design of the pension welfare institutions in Japan are studied.This paper puts forward the " enclosed courtyard " residential model that is suitable for urban empty nest elderly,that is,lack of spiritual sustenance.The empty nesters who need daily care can choose to live with their peers to reduce loneliness.The fifth chapter expounds the practicability of the " enclosed courtyard " and analyzes the favorable factors of the residential pattern from the aspects of building site selection,indoor unit design and outdoor environment design.It emphasizes the necessity and importance of designing courtyard space.Solving the housing problem of empty nest families in China is one of the keys to actively respond to the development of the aging society. |
