Since1958, our country promote the use of mathematical statistics method forquality control in individual enterprises, and achieved good results. In1984, the StateEconomic and Trade Commission issued the "Interim Measures for totalquality management of industrial enterprise"and implemented in the majorityof enterprises in time。 Total quality management become the main theme of thetime. In the past twenty years, the nation take the quality control of constructionengineering particularly serious。School of civil engineering Tsinghua University、School of management Tongji University and many other scientific research unitstudied the aspects of quality controlling，a large number of professional quality controlmechanism including some authoritative experts have done a lot of work to provideeffective way for the transformation of scientific and technological achievementsinto practical productive forces. According to the domestic and foreignresearch situation, through the analysis of the related theory of quality controlin mine construction project, combing the concrete practice of Xincheng gold mine，put forward the construction quality control measures for installation ofmine construction project in expect of improving investment efficiency and solvingpoor quality problem of the mine enterprises in China。This paper focuses on thepotential value of research and points out the future direction of development, in orderto have a more profound understanding and to provide some reference for the mineinfrastructure project in quality control.
