The Research On Quality Control Of LZ Construction Installation Project

Entering the21^stcentury, with China’s accession to the WTO, the rapiddevelopment of market economy brings the rapid development of the constructionindustry. Thus in this background, the quality management and control of constructionproject seems particularly important. Quality is one of the important factors related tothe success or failure of business competition. Among the schedule, cost and quality,the control of the quality stands the first place， the quality control of constructioninstallation is a complex and difficult system engineering. The thesis analyzes thequality control process and key link, the quality control of construction andinstallation engineering is to meet the final purpose of achieving the quality standardsin which contract and design document stipulated, is the common responsibility of theproject owner, supervision party and construction party.Construction stage needed most resources, the largest investment and the longesttime. So the quality control of construction stage is undoubtedly composes theimportant link of the installation project process, project quality to a large extentdepends on the quality of the construction phase control. The thesis based on theanalysis of the developed countries construction engineering quality managementmodel, firstly expounded the meaning of the engineering construction qualitymanagement, and then combined with the LZ construction and installation projectcontracted by Jilin chemical fiber construction company, analysised the policy, thegoal, the content and the method of construction and installation project qualitycontrol，lessons from the dynamic control、process control、PDCA cycle principle,engineering quality statistic method, all these are the fundamental theory of projectquality control, analysised the five elements of project construction quality control,that is:human、machine、material、method、environment and so on, researched thecontent of quality control of the design process, procure process and constructionprocess among engineering project. According to the quality problems and its causesin the LZ construction installation project, this paper puts forward some effectivecountermeasures. Such as strength the control and supervision of the project quality, improve the implementation security measures of project quality control system,including improve the quality consciousness of construction personnel, control thequality of engineering materials and equipments strictly, standard the project bidding,ect.High quality engineering brings not only remarkable benefit to investors andsociety but also good reputation to the construction industries, to constantlystrengthen the competitiveness of enterprise in the society. We will start from thequality objectives, through a series of quality control process, and finally achieve theproject construction quality of the whole process of the effective control.
