In this paper, combining with the resilient wheels in reducing vibration and noise reduction research present situation in domestic and foreign, through the resilient wheels of the B-type metro system dynamics and acoustic simulation analysis, and compared with the rigid wheel analysis, the resilient wheel is obtained in the superiority of reducing wheel/rail dynamic interaction and noise. The specific research work are as follows:1. In SIMPACK software, respectively established the resilient wheel and rigid wheel metro vehicle system dynamics model, the calculation analysis of the empty car, full load and overload three working conditions of system dynamics performance:the vehicle running stability, safety, stationarity and curve through performance.2. On the basis of GB5599-85" Railway vehicles-Specification for evaluation the dynamic performance and accreditation test" and UIC518" Testing and approval of railway vehicles from the point of view of their dynamic behavior-Safety-Track fatigue-Ride" standard to evaluate the resilient wheel and rigid wheel dynamic index, to obtain all dynamic resilient wheel and rigid wheel dynamic index meet the standard requirements, and the various dynamics indexes of the resilient wheels are better than that of rigid wheels, especially in reducing the wheel/rail dynamic interaction has more excellent.3. In Patran and Nastran software, the finite element models of the resilient wheel and the rigid wheel are analyzed, to obtain each node’s velocity response of the finite element model, In Virtual.Lab software, take the velocity response as a boundary condition to carry out in the sound radiation boundary element analysis,in Virtual.Lab software within a certain frequency range acoustic radiation boundary element analysis, arrive at the wheel on the side of the field acoustic radiation.4. According to the acoustic results of resilient wheel and rigid wheel, under the same frequency, the resilient wheel radiation noise is smaller than the rigid wheel.This simulation indicates that the resilient wheel has advantage in reducing wheel/rail dynamic interaction and noise. Undoubtly, it was wide application and research prospects.
