Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has advantages of better whole properties, and little deformation, better anti-seismic properties, few deformation joints, comfortable driving. It has a smooth line of beam deflection, and it spend little money and resources after construction finished. As one of more popular bridge structures in bridge construction, prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has been a classical beam structure. Scientific construction control and logical structure design play important roles in ensuring the safety and quality of construction of bridge structure. The site monitoring data acquisition in the process of construction control provide accurate and reliable data for the construction process of continuous beam, so as to ensure the construction process of the beam body safety and quality and safety of personnel.Based on the analysis on construction method and organization in each stage of the prestressed continuous beam bridge, the formulating construction control process, monitoring contents, monitoring point selection and monitoring time point etc. are researched comprehensively in this paper. Highly precise electronic level is useed to measure continuous beam top elevation and strain gauge and instrument reading are used to collect the stress of concrete continuous beam in the process of construction control. At last, The top elevation and stress data are analysed, and construction control data of each segment are given. Strictly accordance with the national standard and process requirements for data acquisition, a large number of monitoring data are acquired in the paper. Finally, the top elevation and stress data are analysed, and construction control data of each segment are given.The results prove that acquisition method conforms to relevant regulation and the reading is accurate. The construction control data are accurate. Continuous beam measuring error between the measured and calculated elevation point elevation are in the regulatory requirements. Continuous beam stress does not exceed the design strength of concrete and the tension is well-distributed. This paper provides a reference for ensuring the normal construction and assuring construction quality.
