The frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns has the advantages of flat and beautiful interior and more effective use area due to its flat column and wall sections.At present,it has been widely used in multi-rise buildings represented by residential buildings.However,due to the short application time of the structure,there are still some problems in the layout of its shear wall(the main index value selection and vertical layout height)and how to accurately evaluate its seismic performance.In response to this problem,the paper did the following research:1.Take the stiffness characteristic value as an indicator to measure the number of shear walls in the frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns,select the typical structural layout form,adjust the stiffness characteristic value of the structure by adjusting the length of the shear wall,and use the structural design software YJK,eight analysis models with different stiffness eigenvalues were established to compare their dynamic response differences under earthquake action,and their rationality was studied to determine the reasonable stiffness eigenvalue range of the frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns is 1.50-3.10.2.Incremental dynamic analysis(IDA)with a sufficient amount of seismic input can obtain comprehensive and real seismic response data of the structure;study selects an eleven-storey special-shaped column-frame shear house,and adjusts the number of shear walls according to the previous conclusions,borrow Elastoplastic analysis software Perform-3D performed IDA analysis to obtain the displacement and internal force data of the structure under different seismic conditions;tried to use the existing performance point determination method to find the performance point of the structure,but the result was different from the recommended value of the code Very large,which proves that this method is not suitable for RC frame shear wall structure with special-shaped columns.3.The seismic fragility analysis of building structures can calculate the probability of a certain damage caused by the structure under different degrees of earthquakes;the research is based on the data calculated by IDA to establish the fragility matrix to obtain the different degrees of earthquakes proposed by the engineering examples in the specifications.Under the circumstances,the probability of generating different degrees of damage proves that the overall seismic performance of the structure is good;then the performance-based design software PBSD is used to make statistics on the damage and energy dissipation capacity of the main components of the structure under rare earthquakes,and find the main damage and consumption the energy can be concentrated on the beam members,which proves the reliability of the seismic performance of the structure at the member level,and also verifies the rationality of the range of stiffness characteristic values.4.The number of shear walls is an important factor that affects the height of the vertical layout of the shear walls.The research establishes a special-shaped column frame shear model with a stiffness characteristic value of 1.5 to 3.1,and cancels the top one to six layers of shear walls for analysis.The change law of displacement and internal force index was studied,and the cancelable height of the upper shear wall was determined to be about 20%~50%,and then the research results were verified by the method of elastoplastic time history analysis.
