With a sharp increase in urbanization speed up, the road construction road formedthe original new flat crossing in railway construction. Withthe improvement of train speed and density, load, crossing safety also have higherrequirements.This paper surveys the city level crossing on the background of the application,based on analysis of urban destruction in the form of level crossing on the selection ofmaterials studied at the city level crossing crossing board failure mechanism, compareand analyze the application of crossing board materials at home and abroad, it providedlevel crossing on the city’s choice of materials.while Fortran language program writtenby theory and ANSYS12.0established orbital mechanics finite element model analysisof the stress plate crossing panels in train loads and car loads failure modes. This workis mainly completed as follows:(1)Through field surveys, research at the highway crossing failure modes, roadcracks, subsidence, ruts, loose, eating side and other diseases. Investigate differentcrossing board materials, including steel track paving, rubber wire crossing board,monolithic reinforced concrete crossing board, analyses their advantages anddisadvantages.(2)The composite double beam model are based on the assumptions that combinedwith orbital mechanics model.
