Today most of factory buildings with reinforced concrete columns in our countyare built in1970s or1980s, Due to the long-term natural environment and man-madeenvironment it may cause component aging, support deformation, component connecteddamage, wall body appear micro cracks, the bent frame column rebar corrosion, andstiffness degradation disease, Finally space stiffness of factory buildings will seriouslydeteriorate. If this phenomenon is not come into notice or long-term effective control, itmay cause the crane card rail, what”s worse, when the wheel colliide rails, productsassembly don”t reach the designated position,and precision is below standard whichaffect the quality of our products and production efficiency. Due to the development ofthe modern industry, a large amount of high precision products spring up, which to draftthe rigidity rules.But many active duty factory buildings already cannot satisfy with theproduction requirements. Therefore this paper reinforced analyses the stiffness and itscontrol on single-story factory buildings with reinforced concrete columns.In order to study factory building lateral stiffness under horizontal load, mainlythrough the finite element software SAP2000to establish the finite element model ofsingle-story industrial building with reinforced concrete columns, and quantitativeanalysis its space stiffness under the crane horizontal load.the results indicates that thespace partition coefficient can be used to reflect the space stiffness of the structure, thesmaller the space partition coefficient, the greater the structural space stiffness;the spacestiffness under the horizontal load have contact with the types of roofs,gable and itsintervals.Futhermore, this paper takes a metalworking plant of the WISCO for exampleof finite element analysis and dynamic test,measures dynamic characteristics and theactual dynamic response of the plant. the results showed that the space partition coefficient described by the horizontal displacement, can reflects the epace stiffness ofthe structure of model as a whole increased by about35%than the flat mode; spacestiffness of the metalworking plant is not enough to meet the normal. Finally, this papeputs up the corresponding reinforcement scheme of a metalworking plant in Wuhan Ironand Steel by calculation and analysis, and provides a useful reference for reinforcementand repair of the active-duty plant.
