With the influence of the economy situation and macroeconomic control, developers have gradually realized the importance of the cost control. Zhejiang Province residential landscape position is higher, the developers ask higher landscape quality, and the appreciation level of the residents is also higher. In recent years U.S and EU design become very popular, whereas the developers ignored the investment cost of the landscape and very luxury. The regulation of house prices today, economic situation is becoming increasingly cold, they calm down and realize that the level of landscape is represented in high cost performance, high quality standard and high service quality, but not the high cost itself. Therefore, optimizing the landscape scheme and controlling cost has become the most important thing of the landscape management. However, what is the real factor of high cost influence? How much does the percentage of each influence factor? Through which angle and direction to control the cost while not to affect the effect of the landscape?This paper tightly around the landscape composition cost, through the investigation, expert consultation, through the collection of information, research of analog analysis method using after finishing, combined with relevant cases to contact my many years of work experience. By analogy to the different project residential landscape elements of cost analysis, the main factors that influence the cost for the landscape:developers of decision; design factor; construction management; the level of the local economy and the demands of the people, and through the expert evaluation, data collection, subjective judgment way to determine the weights of factors. Based on analyzing the influence factors, combined with the characteristics of each case, try to put forward some suggestions for the optimization of the costs, such as rational design of hard and soft landscape area ratio, using the native tree species with high ratio of performance to price as a skeleton tree, the rational allocation of land and the lawn area ratio and so on are. Take the example of Golden Dawn Phase II landscape project as a case to verify the optimization scheme, further confirmed the feasibility and effect of optimization measures for unilateral cost.
