With the development of society is constantly changing, in recent yearsresidential building by the noise pollution problem is becoming more and moreserious. At present, how to improve and enhance the living area of the acousticenvironment in residential area, has become the important part of sustainabledevelopment, but also the most attention in the field of green architecturedesign.This thesis mainly for outdoor sound environment for research, through to theBeijing city high-rise residential acoustic environment investigation,evaluation, analysis of data, to find out the current situation and the existingproblems and the main factors affecting the acoustic environment, thus putforward the top residential area environmental noise control method andoptimization strategy, finally in Beijing in the future acoustic environmentalquality of residential area to improve, to provide the basic data and thereference.The content of this thesis consists of6chapters.The first chapter, elaborates the research background, purpose andsignificance, the domestic and foreign high-rise residential development andenvironmental problems, and related domestic and foreign research achievementsand research methods are summarized, this research methods and thesis framework.The second chapter, the important theory chapters, first of the acousticenvironment in the physics definition to explain, clarify this paper studies thesound environment in the scope and related basic concepts, combined withresidential acoustic environment from architectural acoustics from the point ofview of the relevant explanation, finally introduces the architectural acousticenvironment related evaluation method and standard.The third chapter, Select Downtown Beijing representative high-riseresidential area as the research object, field survey and questionnaireinvestigation preliminary understanding of residential acoustic environment,for each sample area of the noise sources are classified and summarize thecharacteristics of each acoustic source, and then select representative samplesof small equipment evaluation, finally the current situation research resultswere classified statistics, the next step for the research preparation.The fourth chapter, based on the high-rise residence sound environment results in the study, with data from relying on, acoustic environment of the time,frequency and propagation characteristics of three aspects of the analysis ofresidential acoustic environment factors, find out relevant laws as the nextchapter optimization design theoryThe fifth chapter, according to the environmental acoustic effect of lawresearch results, combined with the related theory, try to get the control methodand the corresponding optimization strategy.The sixth chapter, finally draws the conclusion, on the future research work isprospected.
