In this paper,a great deal of research and analysis experiments for sand foam concrete constitutive relationship,the subject of a comprehensive analysis of the National Natural Science Foundation project "failure mechanism of light steel and foam concrete composite structures," provided a basis of material properties.Firstly,this paper introduced the basic definitions and properties of foam concrete.It describes the status of the application of domestic foam concrete,It illustrated the present research background,content,purpose and significance innovation of this article in terms of walls,insulation,building energy efficiency,building energy consumption.Then,this paper described experiments sand production process used in foam concrete.described the production of foam concrete sand needed key material experiments designed to 800kg/m~3,1000kg/m~3,1200kg/m~3,1600kg/m~3 four kinds of density,sand by 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% six kinds of propor tion to add a total of 24 kinds of distribution than the program,overviewed sand foam concrete production process and curing conditions.And elaborated test methods used to study the mechanical properties of materials.described the test method in detail of Apparent density of dry sand foam concrete,elastic modulus,compressive strength,poisson's ratio and uniaxial stress – strain Curves,the relationship between the elastic modulus and density,as well as its compressive strength were analyzed the influe nce of different blending ratio by sand.Finally,did research on the sand foam concrete under uniaxial compression constitutive relation.Fitted 800kg/m~3,1000kg/m~3,1200kg/m~3,1600kg/m~3 density sand four kinds of foam concrete uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve,yield different density foam concrete constitutive equations,and then the d ifferent densities curve fitted synthetic sand foam concrete uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve,determined the constitutive equations.
