With the rapid development of high-speed trains, the speed of operating trains is increasing rapidly. At present, China-made train "Harmony CRH380A" maximum test speed has reached486.1km/h. With the substantial increase in the speed of the train, the train weight and noise control has become an important part of the development of high-speed rail constraints. The train’s weight and noise control has become an important part of constraints in development of high-speed rail. In order to achieve the purpose of lightweight of trains, hollow extruded aluminum is used in trains extensively. Therefore, the study of noise control for hollow extruded aluminum car body is very important.The main objective of the paper is to study the body sheet of the High-speed rail. Firstly, we use CAITA to build a parametric model, and then we can get the corresponding p finite element model. We will use corresponding software to do acoustic simulation. And then verify the simulation’s feasibility after comparing the result of actual experiment and simulation.Next, we will do single element analysis to get the trend of the transmission loss when the single element changes. Considering the impact of the TL trends when single element changes, and restriction of installation, and processing technology, we can get a better sheet which gets a greater TL. Then we can use software to do an optimization experiment to get the best one.After finding the optimum value, we should execute modal analysis to prove that the optimum value is better than the original one. Lastly, we will draw CAD Drawings to wait for processing and subsequent experiments...
