In XinJiang desert sandy rivers and flood control engineering, the traditional revetment buildingshave already can’t satisfy the requirement of bank protection in the new period, the more secure, moreeconomic, more effective, more hydrophilic revetment buildings, has become an urgent task. At the sametime, the permeable spur dike theory and hydraulic thrust plate technology got rapid development indomestic, this paper will effectively combine both for the first time, puts forward a new type ofwaterproof-hydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike revetment buildings. Hydraulic flashboardpermeable spur dike not only can the water-sediment regulation, stable regime, have the effect ofrevetment, and can reach the bank security less investment, rapid construction, engineering purposes.Hydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike numerical simulation research, validation, complement eachother, but with physical model research for the new technology in silty sand stratum river of xinjiangtarim river basin management and flood control engineering provides the theory basis for the application.Technology in this paper, the hydraulic thrust plate, scouring and silting in permeable spur dikestructure and characteristics of research, and permeable spur dike, the numerical simulation of turbulentflow research has carried on the detailed review and comment. On the basis of predecessors’ researchresults, a generalized model hydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike flow, and verify the correctness ofthe model. Using numerical simulation method, through the entities and spur dike, the contrastcalculation of well column pile permeable spur dike, proved that the hydraulic flashboard permeable spurdike with the water-sediment regulation, promoting the sediment flow shore-protecting effect. Using thetheory of fluid mechanics method and the numerical simulation method, simulated under the differentpermeable groove type and the arrangement of flow structure, the velocity field, finally choose to flow topromote silting, bank revetment of the through hole structure. Through numerical simulation method, theminimum flow of the negative impact of the dam body and the hydraulic thrust plate permeable spur dikeflow to promote silting in the best protection effect two aspects as the principle, to determine thehydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike permeable rate, effective length, Angle, flow rate etc. Thereasonable value range of the key design parameters.
