Flood and revetment engineering status and existing problem in fine sand river in Xinjiang Tarim River Basin indicator that research on more security, more economic and more hydrophilic revetment structure to adapt to water and sediment characteristics, evolution rules and characteristics of flood disaster of Xinjiang sand river is an urgent need to solving scientific research problems. Hydraulic Flashboard Permeable Spur Dike is conducive to flood control benefits improvement of Xinjiang fine sand river project. In this paper, flow characteristics and scour and deposition Law Hydraulic Flashboard Permeable Spur Dike are studies using the indoor dynamic bed model tests and theoretical analysis. Research results for further study of Hydraulic Flashboard Permeable Spur Dike experimental mechanism to Lay the foundation, on the sand river revetment engineering construction has important reference value.Study the different effective Length of dam(Be), the permeable rate(RP), pick angle(θ), flow(Q) under the condition of Hydraulic Flashboard Permeable Spur Dike flow characteristics. In clear water conditions, through orthogonal test by range analysis method, by Hydraulic Flashboard Permeable Spur Dike sluggish effect factors influence ranking for the effective Length of dam, pick angle, the permeable rate, and slow flowing effect of the optimal combination of design parameters for the effective Length of the dam is 25 cm, permeable rate of 30%, pick angle 45°. The results showed that:(1) when the sediment concentration, permeable groin area transverse scour width and Longitudinal erosion Length decreases with increase of sediment concentration, dam head maximum scour depth changes Little; after the dam width of Lateral accretion, the vertical sedimentation Length and maximum sedimentation height increased with the increase of sediment concentration.(2) When the sediment concentration is constant, permeable groin area transverse scour width and Longitudinal erosion Length increases with increasing trajectory angle, maximum scour depth of dam head of trajectory angle first increases and then decreases with; after the dam transversal sedimentation width and Length of the vertical sedimentation with increase of trajectory angle decreases, sedimentation height with bucket angle increases firstly increases and then decreases.
