It is still need to invest a lot of manpower, financial resource to maintain revetment existing engineering,because flood control benefits of it is not significant in Xinjiang fine sandy river bed in the annual flood season. This already can not satisfy requirements of revetment of new period. On the basis of well-pole pile permeable spur dike and hydraulic flashboard technology, permeable hydraulic flashboard spur dike that is a new type of revetment building has been put forward, and made experimental study about effect of sediment promoting and flow retarding and influencing factors. The results of study laid the foundation for bank protection mechanism of permeable Hydraulic Flashboard Spur dike in fine sandy river bed and has important reference application value for construction of revetment engineering in fine sandy river bed.Taking permeable hydraulic flashboard spur dike as research object, using the method of movable bed model test, and the basic theories of fluid mechanics, river dynamics, hydraulics etc, experimental study its effect of sediment promoting and flow retarding and main influencing factors. By permeable hydraulic flashboard spur dike and hydraulic flashboard entity spur dike, well-pole pile permeable spur dike in contrast test research that sediment promoting and flow retarding, verify the revetment superiority of permeable hydraulic flashboard spur dike in Xinjiang fine sandy river bed. Experimental study the types of water groove for permeable hydraulic flashboard spur dike, to determine the double row rectangular hole is permeable groove type of the best effect of sediment promoting and flow retarding and making beach.Under the condition of 15.77 l/s that the typical test flow, to experimental study the effective length of dam、permeable rate、pick angle range and flow of permeable hydraulic flashboard spur dike that double row rectangular hole, basis for evaluation sediment promoting and flow retarding and making beach and revetment, it’s concluded that reasonable effective length of dam is 20~30cm 、 reasonable effective permeable rate is 20%~40%、reasonable pick angle range is 45°~75°。...
