Autoclaved fly ash brick is currently one of our country key promotion of wall building materials, There is a large amount of experimental study on the material mechanical properties in LiaoNing province and other region in China. but studying on testing compressive strength of masonry mortar of autoclaved fly ash bricks all of the nation standards and professional standards about testing mainly to introduce the technical for site testing compressive strength of masonry mortor of baked brick. Because of the promoting of this material in recent years, we have no test standard while site testing compressive strength of masonry mortar of this brick. As the above reasons,it has carried the experimental on testing masonry mortar strength of the cement mixing mortar masonry of autoclaved fly ash brick and introduces the test process and results in this paper.Based on the related standards,we take the compressive strength of the same condition maintenance standard mortar block on behalf of the now ages compressive strength of the wall, and take the penetration resistance method and the point load method to confirmatory test research in this experimental study.Meanwhile,we take the result to compare with the strength detection curves of standards. It must to revise or regress to the curve one when the test results have a large error comparing the curve of standard. At the same time, we mason a few walls of sintered bricks to compare with the masonry of autoclaved fly ash bricks.In this paper,it has eliminated the test data with large parameters dispersity and carried out the statistical analysis.The average relative error and relative standard deviation of the test data of the penetration method are meet the specification requirements,so we offer the conclusion that the penetration method suitable for testing the mixed mortar strength of the autoclaved fly ash brick masonry. By the comparison,the compressive strength of the point load method data less than the standard constructive value, so we classified the test data and compared with standard measurement curves,and put forward the correction formula with higher accuracy.
