With implement of the strategic of the continuable development,it has become a trend that rational utilization of industrial waste to product construction materials in the construction field.Power plant waste,fly ash and desulfurization gypsum had a great output in China which need to be reasonable used.Autoclaved flyash-lime brick is made of fly ash,it has many advantages such as economic on earth and energy protecting environment and so on.However,compared with the clay brick,the lower shear strength of masonry sets back the broadcasting of autoclaved flyash-lime brick.Desulfurization gypsum can be used for production gypsum wallboard and plaster mortar,but the utilization is low and pollute the environment.We design the special autoclaved fly ash brick masonry mortar to improve shear strength of the masonry.To make rational use of industrial waste materials,we mixed with waste power plant desulfurization gypsum in the special mortar.Design for 40 different set of special autoclaved fly ash brick masonry mortar,the effect of admixture on the properties is determined.The mix proportion formula of the special mortar is also given under different condition,figure out the reasonable special mortar mixture.Based the experiment on 14 autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry with concave and protruding surface,and 14 common autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry specimens loaded in axial compression with different category of mortar compressive strength.We get some Physical Mechanical Parameters of autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry such as Compressive strength,the stress-strain curve the Young's modulus and Poisson's Ratio.The effect of brick surface on the masonry properties has been analysed.And compared compressive mechanical properties of autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry to standard.Through the experiment on 40 autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry with different surface shear specimens with different category of mortar compressive strength.We get the shear strength of them.The effect of concave and protruding surface on the shear strength has been analysed.And compared shear mechanical properties of autoclaved flyash-lime brick masonry to standard.
