Floor is an essential component in the multi-high building, as the level load-bearingstructure. However, with the continuous development of economic construction, thetraditional form of reinforced concrete floor structure has been unable to better meet the largespace and features flexible architecture functional requirements. Therefore, thecast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure emerges as the times require. Nonetheless, thecast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure has shortcomings of the internal modelvulnerability and the anti-floating difficult to solve. Cement waste EPS particle block (EPS isthe abbreviation of expanded polystyrene, it is polystyrene foam) is used for an internal modelof the cast-in-place concrete hollow floor structure in this thesis. The structure of the floor androof are made of ceramsite concrete. Therefore, this method can better compensate for thelack and can give better play to the superiority of the cast-in-place concrete hollowfloor structure. At the same time, we can also recycle waste material and protect theenvironment.The research characteristic of this thesis is the combination of new materials, newstructures and new technologies.(The research characteristic of this thesis combines with newmaterials, new structures and new technologies.) Based on the requirement of carrying anduse, from the material ratio test, mould making and structure analysis, the main contents ofthis thesis are as follows:(1) Experimental study on cement EPS particles block ceramsite concrete unit,according to the results of preliminary tests to make cement EPS particles block ceramsiteconcrete unit, and makes a comprehensive analysis of unit.(2) Study the EPS particles block and ceramsite concrete on the optimal ratio of eachcomponent, through the test, using orthogonal experiment method to calculate the variousmaterials to test the influence of the relationship, get the optimal ratio of EPS particles blockand ceramsite concrete.(3) The modeling analysis and optimization design of cement EPS particles blockceramsite concrete floor, by using the finite element software ABAQUS to establish the floor model for data simulation, System research the mechanical performance of cement EPSparticles block ceramsite concrete floor, and then make the optimization design of floorstructure.(4) The Reinforcement Design of cement EPS particles block ceramsite concrete floor.Based on the optimization design of finite element to get the economic size of the floor, andcalculate the cement EPS particles block ceramsite concrete floor slab reinforcement.(5) Analysis of cement EPS particles block ceramsite concrete floor of economic benefit,social benefit. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of various factors, we can get thetheoretical particles of the cement EPS particles block in engineering applications.
