Compared with the traditional building mode,the prefabricated building has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection,short construction period,high degree of component standardization,and conforms to the general trend of promoting "green building,green construction" in China's construction industry.Ceramsite concrete has the advantages of light weight,small thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance,but at present,there is little research on the seismic performance of the new prefabricated wall frame structure system with all light shale ceramsite concrete wallboard.In this paper,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to study the influence of the flexible connection between the fabricated wall panel and the frame,the door opening and window opening of the wall panel and other factors on the seismic performance of the structure(1)Based on ABAQUS finite element software,by changing the layout of flexible connection,a finite element model is established,which adopts three connection modes of "wall frame beam connection","wall frame column connection" and "wall frame beam column four point connection".Through numerical simulation,it is determined that the "wall frame beam connection" structure with four flexible connections arranged on the beam has better seismic performance,and according to the results of numerical simulation,the design of test specimens is guided.(2)Using the established finite element model,the numerical simulation results are compared with the test results,and the applicability of the finite element modeling method and material constitutive model selected in this paper is verified from the aspects of failure mode,shear bearing capacity,ductility performance,stiffness degradation,etc.(3)By changing the location and number of flexible connections,the influence of the location and number of flexible connections on the seismic performance of the structure is analyzed from the aspects of failure mode,shear capacity,stiffness,ductility performance,energy consumption performance,force transmission mechanism,etc.According to the analysis results,the design of the structure is optimized,and the simplified calculation formula of shear capacity and stiffness of the structure after optimization is put forward.Based on the performance-based seismic design method,taking the displacement angle between floors as the quantitative index,this paper analyzes the influence of wallboard on the shear capacity and stiffness of the structure at different stages of structural failure.(4)By changing the location and width of the door opening and window opening,the influence of the opening of the wall panel on the seismic performance of the structure is studied.According to the analysis results,the shear capacity reduction coefficient and the elastic lateral stiffness reduction coefficient suitable for the structure are put forward in comparison with the structure without opening.
