This paper takes two160t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler’s long-term low load operation which from a petrochemical company power plant as the research background, has carried out160t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler low-load operation reason analysis and reconstruction scheme research subject. On the basis of research, two boilers from the power plant carried out technical reform, after transforming the boiler running smoothly almost a year, and achieve better load growth, achieve good economic effect, basically solved the problem of the factory has no spare heat source. Paper’s main work is as follows:(1) Based on the analysis research, may affect the boiler output factors of the two boilers develop targeted examination and experimental study. Through the analysis of test results and research, has been clear about the boiler of low load operation is the core issue of the fan air volume, a lack of wind pressure and the chamber of a stove or furnace, the ratio of secondary air is not reasonable.(2) In view of the two boilers fan air volume and air pressure, the thermodynamics and aerodynamic calculation in detail, two boilers respectively calculated accurate cigarette smoke wind flow and wind resistance, fan selection provides the basis for the next step of parameters.(3) For two boilers’unreasonable air ratio, using ECOTECT software on the physical modeling and meshing. Then use ESP-R simulation software of2#and3#boiler furnace CFD (computational fluid dynamics) analysis, research under different air ratio inside the furnace temperature field, velocity field and the change of CO2distribution, and then clear the best working conditions of a secondary air ratio.(4) Based on the above research, combining two boilers natural situation, put forward the reform scheme:Replace a fan and two induced draft fan; Raising the ratio of secondary air ratio to5.5:4.5; The corresponding increase ventilation board area and cap number; Air supply pipe thickness increase2mm.
