| Today, with the rapid development of science, technology and global economicintegration, the enterprises’ competition is more and more intense. It is a great challenge tothe stability and safety of automation instruments，so the product quality has become thekey to win in competition. Constantly improve and perfect quality management controlinside the company to adapt the changing of internal and external environment, so as toimprove the product quality and occupy a place in the fierce market competition.The author combs, summarizes with the related theories of quality control methodsand reviews the process, current status of domestic&overseas quality management theorydevelopment. Through the investigation and study on the actual quality status of motor ofQ company, quality management of Q company exists: low rate of qualified products,repeated quality problems. And deep analysis found that Q company doesn’t have acomplete quality management methods, it results in quality problems occur repeatedly.This article mainly introduces quality control strategy during associated production ofexplosion-proof motor and electric actuator in Q company. Explore quality control modefor automotive industry, systematically and objectively analyze the existed problems inproduction process and quality management systems and draw up the quality control modeand method which are suitable for Q company. Through adopting applicable quality controlmethods with special requirement of technical specification in automotive production andrelevant service part organizations applicable of ISO：2008, such as Advanced ProductQuality Planning and Control Plan, Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis,Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control optimize the qualitymanagement process, improve the business level and levels of quality management, inorder to reduce design cost and avoid waste of quality cost afterwards, to ensurecustomer’s satisfaction and improve the company efficiency. |
