As a new technology of information capturing and processing, wireless sensor network has special technical advantages, it can locate the fire source in the large-scale construction of sudden disaster relief system, real-time against fire danger and can reduce casualties and losses of people’s properties combined with the forecasting technique of fire spreading trend.Research on the key point of fire prediction technology base on Wireless sensor networks.Firstly, the research of the problems of fire modeling and localization is carried out. A Gaussian fire sources model is proposed. This model can simulate the real situation of fire in early stage very well.The fire locations and other parameters are estimated through adaptive sampling with sensor nodes using EM-MR algorithm. According to simulation results, the algorithm has high estimation accuracy and low computational complexity,In connection with fire spread trend prediction, this paper research and use Cellular Automaton to establish fire spread mathematical model.The speed of fire spread can be monitored and detected by wireless sensor networks,and get the accuracy and real-time fire spread speed. Improved the local of fire spread mechanisms of Cellular Automaton,to improve the accuracy of fire spread prediction. Cellular Automaton has many advantage,such as the mechanism is uniform^the structure of the model is concise,it is a novel simulation method for the research on fire spread trend prediction.This paper also studied the fire spread trend prediction based on Kalman filter algorithm,make use of the empirical model and correction model of fire spread speed,build up eight fire spread trajectory originate from the energy source.Make use of Kalman filter algorithm to estimate the energy source location next time base on the location now time,accordingly achieve fire dynamic trend prediction.The experiment of simulation indicate,when considering the wind velocity and other environment noise situation,Kalman filter algorithm can achieve fire spread trend prediction very well.
