In order to complete frock sub topic about noise cotton in large commercial aircraft C919project, solve the key technical problems in the packaging production process of insulation cotton. Shanghai aircraft manufacturing company entrust us to develop pulse heat sealing machine for C919insulation cotton coating layer film.According to the working characteristics of the4m large span pulse heat sealing machine, we model the structure with Solidworks, carry on the static analysis with ANSYS, validate the accuracy of the model with the calculation theory, calibrate the deformation, stress, strain and other mechanical properties of the structure; according to the actual working environment of the scene and the power source which may exist, we complete modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the structure of the equipment, and analysis the pressure head motion process, optimizate motion components of the structure, reduce the possibility of cylinder block; finally we complete the analysis simulation of thermo mechanical coupling according to thermocouple sensor signal in the heat sealing process, reasonablly design the structure of pressure head, determine the important parameters about material and develop the tensioning device which is used for compensating the thermal expansion of Ni-Cr alloy.Acording to the peel test results of heat sealing film in trial production, head produces uniform temperature distribution, the structure of the equipment is reasonable, the motion process is stable and reliable, which can meet the requirements of insulation cotton heat-seal process about C919large commercial aircraft. This equipment can be used for high precision thin film heat sealing about sound proof cotton coating layer in the C919and the ARJ21project, provides the technical foundation for the same type of domestic equipment development.
