The diesel engine has been one of the very important power sources since its birth,and the deformation of the cylinder liner will affect the overall performance of the whole machine.The cylinder liner is one of the important components of the diesel engine combustion chamber.At the same time,the working environment it is in is also very difficult.It is easy to cause the deformation to exceed the specified range,which will cause a series of problems such as increased wear of the cylinder liner and increased oil flow.At the same time,all countries in the world are making unremitting efforts to protect the environment.Our country has put forward the slogan that green water and green mountains are Jinshan and Yin shan,which just shows that the analysis of cylinder liner deformation problems cannot be ignored.This article uses CAE simulation technology to study it.The model used in this article is 8V240 diesel engine.After building a three-dimensional model of the whole machine,it is pre-processed according to the actual working conditions of the diesel engine.First of all,the modal analysis of the whole machine is carried out.After the free modal analysis,it is obtained that the whole machine will not resonate under standard conditions.After the constrained modal analysis,the danger zone of the whole machine is predicted to be the upper part of the cylinder liner.Secondly,a series of parameters are obtained by simulating the working state of the whole diesel engine,and the steady-state thermal temperature field analysis of the whole engine is carried out to know the change law of the temperature field of the cylinder liner along the axial direction.Finally,four schemes were used to analyze the heat-mechanical coupling of the whole machine.The degree of deformation and stress of the cylinder liner was compared with the four schemes,and the radial deformation cloud images of the four schemes were compared with the explosion cylinder as the research object.To obtain the degree of influence of each factor on the deformation of the cylinder liner.It is concluded that the main deformation form of the cylinder liner is radial deformation,the temperature load has the greatest influence on the deformation of the cylinder liner,and the lateral force of the piston has less influence on the deformation of the cylinder liner than other factors.
